Hello Minneapolis and St.Paul

Hello Minneapolis and St. Paul! After living in San Francisco for over 13 years, I am excited to have moved back to the Twin Cities and to be offering advanced bodywork including Rolfing®, massage, and DermoNeuroModulation… all treatments performed from the perspective of the latest research regarding chronic pain. I work with clients who may be wanting to address chronic pain, postural imbalances or people looking to rediscover what it feels like to live at ease in their own skin. Additionally, having been a former high level endurance athlete myself, I understand the needs of the exceptionally active and have worked on many dancers and high level athletes, with a focus on the Nordic skiing community.  

I expect to be open and ready to begin working with clients the first or second week of Septermber 2016.
